Investment Terms and Conditions:

  • Rollover Option: Investors can roll over their investment beyond the initial 8-month period.
  • Partial Redemption: Withdraw a portion of the investment while keeping the rest.
  • Full Redemption: Withdraw the entire investment.
  • Early Redemption: Withdraw before 8 months, subject to a 10% early redemption fee.
  • Capital Growth, Income Generation, and Sustainability.
INVESTMENT TERMS AND CONDITION ▶

Rollover option: Investors have the option to rollover their investment beyond the initial 8-month period. When an investor chooses the rollover option, the ROI will still be redeemed at the end of 8 months (each cycle).

Notice period for rollover: An investor can choose the rollover option and duration while filling the form or send a notice.

REDEMPTION OPTION ▶
  • Partial redemption: Investors have the option to partially redeem a portion of their investment while keeping the remaining amount invested in the project.
  • Full redemption: Investors can choose to redeem their entire investment amount if they need to exit the investment completely.
  • Early redemption: In certain circumstances, investors may have the option for early redemption, subject to any applicable fees or penalties outlined in the investment terms.
FEES AND PENALTIES ▶

A 10% early redemption fee may be applied if the investor wishes to redeem their investment before the minimum 8-months investment period, or the rollover period.
